Prohibited Conduct

• Upload/post anything that could destroy, damage, or impair any portion of the Site or any computers, systems, hardware, or software used by StalcraftClan or other users.

• Make attempts to defeat or circumvent security features, or to utilize the Site for any other purpose other than its intended purposes.
• Discuss, incite, or promote illegal activity.

StalcraftClan makes no guarantees to monitor and/or remove any UGC.

StalcraftClan allows you to login securely through your EXBO/Stalcraft account. By logging in you agree that we store data on our servers, as well as on your device through the use of Cookies or similar technologies, and that we can store any of the following data:

• Your EXBO account ID, login name or display name;
• Your provider (such as, but not limited to, Steam or VK) account ID, login name or display name;
• IDs, names and server regions (such as, but not limited to, EU or NA or SEA or RU) of all of your Stalcraft characters;
• Any details about your characters' clan membership information;
• Any details about the clans that your characters are members of;
• Any other data provided to us through Stalcraft API service, which documentation is available at https://eapi.stalcraft.net/;
• Any data that you willingly provide to us manually when using the website.

All data about your EXBO/Stalcraft account and Stalcraft characters is provided by EXBO. The data might be collected regularly and stored for historical purposes.

StalcraftClan might also temporarily store your IP address. The IP addresses are used to ensure security and prevent abuse of the service.

We use the data for:

• personalization of content, such as selected language and region, as well as displaying information relevant to You, such as your clans, characters or other Stalcraft-related or StalcraftClan-related information;
• providing historical data for the purpose of analytics;
• setup and management of your StalcraftClan account;

• performance auditing, debugging and development;
• sharing publicly available customizable content, such as clan and character information;
